"Let's start with the only negative, and it has nothing to do with the hotel: on the north side of the property is the new mall, Icon. On weekends, It's management allows live performances with VERY LOUD music on the outdoor stage. This is noise pollution not fitting the quiet area of Sanur. A petition should be raised to stop this nonsense. Now to the positives: All the staff were wonderful and very helpful. Nothing was too much and they bent over backwards to assist. Our room upstairs (215)...
