Ich bin 9.00Uhr gelandet um 19.00Uhr hatte immer noch kein Zimmer!!! suchte mir darauf auf selber ein Zimmer. Um 8.15 Uhr schrieb mir die Reception erstes Hotel ( Super)"

"The room was comfortable and absolutely fine with a decent wifi connection. The trouble though is that there was literally no customer service nor hostel interaction. I arrived to find access to the place was locked and had received no instructions as to how to access my room.
