Perfect and cozy

Perfectly located and cozy place with easy in and out. No keys needed. Street parking close to entrance.

Comfortable in every way. The sound of people overhead was noticeable but it didn't bother me. I wish every place was as nice as this!

The host was friendly and accommodating . He was very helpful in supplying us with tape and a plastic bag after our car window was smashed while parked in a Vancouver parkade. The neighbourhood where the suite is located is quiet and safe. The suite was simple but comfortable and quiet. We slept really well. Just a note that the shower is quite small otherwise we enjoyed our overnight stay.

The property would be fine with some TLC. Lacked items to brush, mop the floor. No drying dish cloths or wash cloths. Some dishes were dirty and a vase of dead flowers was on the counter. No drinking glasses or toaster. Shower had to be cleaned and black hair removed from the drain. Bathroom sink had to be cleaned of toothpaste. Repairs to wall s was very poorly done. Lights in bedroom ( three overhead flurescent lights ) seemed unpredictable, sometimes coming on other times taking over an hour to light. Electric wiring dubious, could not plug in washer and kettle, or heater and kettle at the same time as the breaker blew. The circuit had all the bedroom plugs, half the kitchen plugs, and heater/washer plug all on the same circuit. With attention to details the owner could make the property desireable to rent.

The shower is extremely small, it probably only fits someone around 5'5". Bathroom mirror and sink were dirty. Some of the dishes weren't clean (milk sludge at the bottom of a mug) The bed is some sort of foam so you end up sinking a lot in it and it's not breathable so you end up sweating

Great little space

Nice little mother in law with private entry. Has great amenities.. Wi-Fi, large smart tv, microwave, etc. Was really pleased with having a washer/dryer in the unit.

Awaiting refund for VRBO system booking error

No issue with host, didn't stay there. Tried booking but VRBO booking system failed to process my pymt then told me the suite was booked. So went and booked another room elsewhere only to wake up the next morning and find VRBO ended up processing my original reservation and took pymt in the middle of the night. Suite was non-refundable so now fighting with VRBO to get refunded. How many others has this happened to without them noticing?

Lovely, bright suite in newer home. King sized comfortable bed, large screen TV, everything you need with a private well-secured entrance. Very pleasant and welcoming owners. Property close to highway but in a quiet treed area. Parking next to suite. I would certainly stay there again.
