« Very cute, small but cozy and comfortable. Stayed for 6 nights with my dog. Pretty remote area, extremely quiet and very pretty. Kitchen has everything you should need, the fireplace and record player are great. It was super snowy when we were there but still very warm. I will say in the winter not a great place for dog walks lol unless your dog is good off leash, which mine is not. But we managed ok. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!! »

« Perfect accommodations for Oneonta, NY family visit. Location next to country club was perfect for golf lovers. So convenient and great place to relax afterward! Cottage was immaculate and well stocked to meet our needs. Shopping within a short 10 min. drive and close to Hartwick and SUNY. »

« This place should not be operating. It’s a public health hazard. We came in later day and the first thing my child screamed out was that she had seen a mouse. I should have believed her the first time. But overnight, the mouse attacked our snack supply. When we left, we had to throw all of our food away!! « Owners, 6 out of 5 Excellent communication from reservation to check-out. Extremely thoughtful and considerate. Can't say enough nice things about them. Lovely people! Location, 4.5 out of 5 15-20 minutes from Dreams Park during daylight, slower at night due to winding roads and the need to slow down for wild animals. « This house was so nice. It was very clean, good location with parking and everything we needed was already there. There were two full baths and a half bathroom so plenty of space for 3 couples. The kitchen was well equipped. No issues with hot water and we had AC in each room. Very happy with our stay and would return if we were back in the area. »

« The tiny cabin was so cute. Unfortunately it rained the day before we got there so everything was muddy including the outside of our cabin. It made enjoying the outside difficult. Overall it was lovely and looking forward to going back. »
