"The property is spacious, quiet, and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the large dining table and kitchen space. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and lots of dishes. The location is about a 15-minute drive to Cannery Row depending on traffic. One thing to be aware of is that the property management's cancellation policy differs from what is listed on Vrbo. It would be helpful to have the actual policy reflected in the listing. "

"The house itself was great but I got an email that appeared to be from the rental company asking for additional money for the stay (I didn’t pay this but the email didn’t appear to obviously be phishing). Additionally, I had to call the rental company to get the property details (door code, WiFi password, etc.) as it wasn’t sent 24 hours before the stay as they claimed."

"Very well maintained house and yard; clean and comfortable. Excellent natural light inside the house with an adjoining sun room and deck with great privacy from mature oak trees and shrubs. Very quiet neighborhood. Excellent location. Enjoyed our 15 day stay!"
