The only small issue was that toilet paper wasn't replenished during room cleaning, but it was a minor detail in an otherwise flawless stay. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, and the staff's friendliness, even during a 5 am check-out, was remarkable. They also accommodated our early arrival by storing our bags and ensured our entire group was on the same floor. Let's not forge the extrenly comfotable beds. "Great location for museums and Hermann park. Not many dining options nearby but hotel restaurant was fine. Room was very nice, we had a balcony room. However there was some noise from the public transportation system which runs along the road by the hotel"

"We enjoyed our stay for our anniversary! We like to have coffee in our room from the in room coffee pot and ours was missing but they replaced it with a different one. Our mini fridge didn't work as well but we didnt make a big deal of it."
