"The listing says it will sleep 12, but we had 10 people & there was not enough room. We couldn't all eat together as a family because the table was set up for 4. We did pull in a few chairs but there were not 10 total chairs & we wouldn't have fit around the table even if we had 10 chairs. There just wasn't enough sitting for 10 people let alone 12. We did love that out was so close to the beach, but there was no place in the house to rest & relax for everyone. Shouldn't be listed for 12 people."

"So far one of the nicest houses we have stayed in. When you’re staying somewhere for weeks, you want to feel comfortable and this rental did just that. The kitchen was beautiful, stocked with every imaginable gadget and very clean. The interior of the house was tastefully done and updated. There was a nice large deck we sat on every day after retuning from the beach and we met many nice residents while sitting there. The owners were mindful of a pleasant stay and really left nothing out. "

"Cottage was clean and made great use of a small space. Had everything we needed. Used is small but neat and completely fenced in. Nice neighborhood and good area to walk dogs. We were visiting state parks and this location was convenient without being in a crowded commercialized area. Would stay here again. "

"Never received access code to get into property. We were at the site calling for information. Check-in at Ocean village is not very friendly. Hours are not appropriate at the golf cart rental. It's like everyone does their own thing not good communication between golf cart and property staff. The one outside pool was not clean at all so we did NOT use it. Splash pad was a little slippery for young children. it would be nice to have a general store inside property. The grocery store was very...

"Perfect for my stay while I visited my parents for the holidays. Right near all the action of Murrells Inlet and the Marshwalk but down a quiet street. Will be staying there again next time I’m in town!"

"Property is older but very clean and tastefully decorated. Great location close to Surfside. Garden City and Murrells Inlet. Only 1 step to enter house which was great for my 95 year old mom. Beautiful landscaping with table and grill on patio. Had to change dates with short notice and owner was very responsive and checked to see if anything was needed during the stay. Pictures and descriptions are accurate and would definitely stay again."
