"Host is excellent: great communication, clear rules and instructions, and a lot of creature comforts in the home. Checkout process was not an imposition as other properties I’ve stayed at. The property is clean, but when you look close the cracks (some literal) start to show. Floors have a noticeable slant along with a few cracks in the tile and walls. The standup shower has what appears to be mold growing between wall and floor pan, and the drywall in that bathroom is showing signs of moisture...
