The Space:

First floor features a primary bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom with a walk in shower, a fully stocked kitchen (regular coffee maker) and access to the outside pool for swimming and tanning. W&D also located on first level.
Second floor features another primary bedroom with king sized bed and spacious primary shower which features a walk in shower and separate tub. There is also another guest bedroom on floor two which has a king size bed and entrance to the bathroom. The game room features a table for billiards and ping pong as well as large LED smart TV for the ultimate game time party.
Third floor features another guest room with a King size bed and entrance to the Jack and Jill bathroom as well as another room that has two twin trundle beds that sleep 4. The main kitchen is also located on the third level with views and access to the outside decks. (3rd floor kitchen has a Keurig)

Guest Access:
Trash Days-
Monday & Thursday
Please make sure to place trash in the collectors and place collectors by the mail box outside next to the driveway and curb.


Elevator Use-
Please make sure all of the doors are closed in order to call the elevator. Use instructions listed on inside of elevator for further use.


Grill-
Please ensure the grill is cleaned after each use.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

The Neighborhood:
Beach Front neighborhood. No through traffic. Beach is super private, only people who live in the neighborhood use this beach, no public access or public parking. Close to miles of walking or biking trails.

Getting Around:
Car is recommended. Uber is available.

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.
