The Space:
This gorgeous 5 bed/4 bath pet-friendly and incredibly spacious home can accommodate up to 10 people just a short walk down the road from the sparkling sandy beaches of Palm Coast and the picturesque Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, this radiant residence is the perfect getaway to spend quality time with friends and family. Every room contains a flat screen smart TV and is completely furnished with plenty of plush pillows and blankets. The split floor plan provides a master bedroom on each floor and creates the perfect space for families to utilize comfortably. The first-floor master bedroom can potentially accommodate families with small children, as it is connected to another room with 2 twin beds with 2 trundles, ideal for adolescence to stay in. The bar/ lounge area, complete with lavish bar stools, a pool table and a wine fridge, grants entrance for the downstairs covered patio and fenced in back yard. A large barbecue grill and plenty of sitting space, provides a cozy environment to spend nights entertaining friends and family. The other downstairs bedroom is complete with a king sized bed and private bathroom. Upstairs, a quaint private patio looks out over the quiet sandy street, a tranquil and peaceful place to read a book or enjoy a morning coffee. The upstairs master, fitted with a king sized bed, sports a luxury walk in shower, his and her double sink, and a private entrance to the upper level patio. Across the hall is the fourth bedroom, complete with a king sized bed covered in lush pillows, a large plasma screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tub shower combo. Upstairs, the dazzling living room is brilliantly lit fire place and from floor to ceiling glass sliding doors leading out to the patio. The large dining room table can sit up to ten people and the massive kitchen island can seat up to 8, providing plenty of room for large families or groups. An extensive kitchen, filled with the most modern appliances and kitchen ware, supplies ample space to cook for dozens of people. Please keep sand off the furniture and

Before departing, Please do the Following:
Remove bedding and towels and leave in laundry room 
Load & start dishwasher
Take trash out to garage.
Please check for items left behind and don't forget your electronics and chargers!

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!
