A weekend getaway
Just was in town for the weekend. Great, cozy and clean unit and property for the price. Property staff was all nice and asked if I needed anything and how my stay was when I was outside walking the grounds. Everyone spoke to one another when in passing. Kelly and Justin literally goes all out to make sure you have everything you might have forgotten to pack. I loved the thought of the beach chairs you could use. The mattress! If I could have snuck it onto the plane, it would have came up missing from the unit, lol.

Beach studio
Definitely a cozy studio, but very convenient being beach front. It was just right for the two of us and a short getaway to a favorite beach of ours. We liked using the steps as the wait for the elevator was long, it was small, and 1 flight of steps with a view of the ocean at the top step made it nicer.

Five star if your plan is to be poolside or on the beach all day and the room is just to sleep or shower. Our host Kelly provides everything you may need in this condo; beach toys, towels, chairs, umbrella, etc. Communication with host Kelly was great. The room is not large but I feel there is room for the addition of one chair as the only place to sit is on the bed. The "open" pool was very nice and is basically right on the beach; the best of both worlds.

This little unit is very clean. The hosts thought of everything, extra towels and beach chairs, etc. I went in April and it wasn't too busy. The indoor pool is a delight -- no one barely ever there and it was warm as bath water. I live about 60 miles away and will be coming back here.

This property was exactly what we were looking for on our trip to Florida. We were on the beach, had an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, close to Planet Fitness, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc. Also, the room was stocked with anything imaginable that we could need. I give it an A rating.

Overall we enjoyed ourselves. Checkin was easy and our place was well decorated and had everything you need from utensils to extra shaving cream and everything inbetween. The only downside is this unit is close to the main road so road noise at night was a little annoying - Bike Week approaching in Daytona so a lot of bikes going by. However, late evenng and mornings were very quiet. Would absolutely stay here again.

Basic Beach Stay
The room was nicely appointed for a basic accommodation. There was a big police kerfuffle outside of our door one night during our stay that wasn't so pleasant. The pool was nice, but the furniture was pretty run down. There was no path down to the beach, despite being beachfront. There is a lovely little breakfast and lunch spot 5 minutes walk down the road, which we loved.

Affordable place on the beach
Lots of items for going on the beach, like chairs, towels, lotions and even kids beach toys and a Frizbee. SMART TV but only 32" and sat too low to view in bed. Beach access was destroyed by last fall's hurricane and the shuffle board was ruined. The outside pool was very nice. You have to buy ice but we found ice trays in the room.

The condo is really small but is ok for two if you do not plan to be at the condo much. The property Sea Dip is nothing fancy so if you are looking for that look elsewhere. With that said, it was a great location for Bike Week! The condo itself was nice, clean and welcoming. The host has everything you could think of needing and more!! And comfy bed and pillows :-)

Check in wasn’t great as elevator was broke and front desk gave poor directions to room: The building is old and the pictures don’t capture the rundown feeling of the property. Acess from the pool was fenced off as there’s remedial work to that area. Neighbor room seemed to have pot smoke always greeting us as outside our door. Water main broke 3am and our water was shutoff leaving us with no sleep or shower our last night there with out any compensation.
