"I had the BEST experience at the Comfort Inn in Reno. A lock on the door and clean sheets are usually enough for me but these guys go above and beyond. The rooms were spotless and the beds were comfortable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. I was stranded due to a cancelled flight and they set me up with extra toiletries that I needed, quarters and soap for the on-site laundry, and allowed me to check in early (I returned not long after checking out when my flights were cancelled for the second day in a row). Hot breakfast was great and if I weren’t exhausted from traveling I would have loved to use the fitness room. Airport shuttle was a major plus too. Amazing hospitality, thank you so much! "
