I would appreciate bigger rooms, service was excellent.

Perfect size units for our family trip to the area with 6 adults and 3 children (in 2 2-bedroom units). Very convenient to the sights we planned.

The front desk staff were amazing at check in. Room and shower were also great. The main complaint is the breakfast. First day was great, they kept it well stocked and clean. Each day it became worse. Today was terrible. 4 workers, none were keeping things stocked and when they did bring new things out, they used the original trays which i saw a little kid put a french toast back into with her hands that she decided she didnt want. They should change out the trays often. And its not the properties fault, but people do not watch their kids at the breakfast. You pay a resort fee for breakfast that you really cant stomach when you see these things. We also heard an alarm going off in a room at 1:20AM that they didnt get taken care of until after 2AM. So not much sleep. The walls arent very soundproof. Those were our complaints. We would try this place again, but not for awhile hoping they figure out the breakfast issues to become more sanitary when replenishing food so the same germs are not spread to a new pan. The firepit area was great and the live music was also a welcome treat. The 16 year-old singing on Sat night was very good!
