"I had the best 5 day stay at mountain plaza in Davos. Before arriving I had requested to cancel a day for a refund as my plans changed. I called the front desk and had a lovely conversation with Fabio. This was a bit of foreshadowing to my stay. I arrived from Zurich and was delighted to discover it was just a few minutes from Davosnplatz train station, surrounded by shopping, dinning and entertainment, steps away from the ski hill jacobshorn. "Seehof could have been a nice hotel. However too much is missing. They didn’t clean the rooms we had booked, the food was terrible and sometimes uneatable, scramble eggs are made from powder, the receptionists ( with one exception- Marina) were unwelcoming and showed no interest in the guests. I would strongly advise against having dinner at the hotel. The food and how it was prepared does not belong at all in a 5 star hotel. "
