Child’s Room- Toys galore! Twin bed with fun decor! Your little one will thank you! Extra Single bed available.

Full bath downstairs.

Family room with large sectional, smart tv, fireplace, chest with games and more!

Fully stocked kitchen with all you would need for a short or long stay away from home!

Quiet, comfortable, convenient
Stayed in town 5 days for baseball in Melissa. This house is quiet, very comfortable and in a great location. It was really easy to get in and out of the neighborhood on our way to games that were all over the area. Close to good dining options as well. Will stay again if our team comes back to Melissa.

Great House
This is a great rental. Its clean, comfortable and so well thought out with a great location for anything in or around McKinney. Having toys for the kids was such a blessing for my 2 littles. They loved staying in the "playroom" and the trampoline. For the adults the house is clean and well stocked with anything you need. The beds are super comfy as is the couch. The coffee bar is just a really nice touch. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal or snack. There is a magnet on the fridge for pizza delivery, its the best pizza ever, you should try it. This house is definitely my first choice for any future stays in McKinney.

Served our young family well
Overall this was a good stay. Samantha was great to communicate with, and when our whole family got sick she brought over some things to help us feel better. It was also well stocked for little ones. The home itself is slightly outdated, and the water gets cold after a 15 min shower.

Perfect location
The home was in the perfect location for our trip. Plenty of room for our family and had everything we needed for a great stay. The beds were so comfortable. We will be back!

Lovely house in a family friendly neighborhood
We recently stayed in this lovely house. There was a trampoline in the backyard which my kids loved, lots of friendly neighbors and neighborhood kids my my boys to play with too. The house was clean, had TVs in the bedrooms (surprising how many people skimp on this!) plenty of dishes and utinsils in the kitchen. A full 5gal tank of water in the water cooler which was appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to make this one of our top spots to check when we are back in town.
