Recently Remodeled Guest House in Forney, Texas.
This charming open floor plan space is the perfect place to relax or work remotely. Located about 25 minutes east of Dallas, this space is close to the city but has a quiet country feel and can accommodate up to 4-6 people. This one of a kind nightly rental is a must stay for locals and travelers.

Kitchen offers a refrigerator, Keurig, toaster, range and microwave. Fully stocked with dishes and cookware.

Sleeping accommodations:

Great family weekend

Such a quaint little studio cottage! Very comfortable and adorably designed. The finishes and furniture made it feel like it was a much older little cottage tucked away in a town square somewhere instead of a guest home in a nice residential neighborhood. Great communication with owner who was very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay here again someday!

Perfect for our needs

Visiting kids for weekend in Forney, just needed place to sleep. Perfect for that. My only suggestion to host is to somehow make a plug available to the wall side of the bed.

Great studio

Perfect place to stay! I stayed by myself, but the studio is large enough to comfortably accommodate quite a few people. It had everything I needed, and the host was kind enough to share her steamer with me as well. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great stay and cute place!

We really liked the location of this rental. It is in a converted detached garage in a residential neighborhood. It is a cute place with nice furnishings and it was clean. The owner was very nice to deal with, and it was an easy check in process. I definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic Weekend Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! My family of 4 came down for a wedding. Property was very secure. Sabrina was super accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Great studio with everything we needed including some thoughtful extras like a few water bottles and even a pack of popcorn! Would definitely recommend and would stay again! Very nice stay

Very easy check in and she is very communicative. I would have to say I do stay at vrbo's quite often and this was an awesome stay. Our favorite part was the kitchen. She has very high quality fully stocked kitchen. It was 3 adults going for a leisure conference in the vicinity. So we wanted to have toast and eggs and be able to cook as much home. It has a lot of of seating. It was nice that she had a spot to park inside the gate. The only suggestion would be to add a chair with a small table on the porch or have a folding chair in the closet to sit on porch for us smokers. The bed was extremely comfortable. Tons of pillows and large wrap towels. The space stayed super toasty, quiet floors (which helps minimize noise while using the bathroom in the middle of the night.) I appreciated the water bottles upon arrival. We came straight from the airport. Super safe and very quiet. Thank you for hosting our little group!

Over all a really mediocre experience.

To start off, the B&B is literally just a converted garage apartment. The door wasn’t even sealed so a ton of crickets got in everyday. The shower curtain did absolutely nothing, with every shower the floor got soaked. The shower even took forever to heat up, and sometimes just wouldn’t at all. There was a sulfur smell one day from the septic and the land owner blamed it on us for taking showers. The washer and dryer were on a back patio that had no light, so we couldn’t even see at night. They were also incredibly dirty and the dryer took forever. We were told it was a fully stalked kitchen, but it really wasn’t. The food out couch bed was the most uncomfortable thing we’ve slept on. The sink drain stopper in the bathroom wouldn’t stay up so we had to use a bottle cap to keep it open. Had a great time though with my friends and the hostess was nice. But it really just wasn’t worth the price.
