Before booking, I did enough research to know what to expect. The self check-in and check-out was seamless. The email response to one issue we encountered in our room during our stay was attended to quickly and efficiently. Overall our stay was pleasant and I have no complaints.

We enjoyed our 10 night anniversary stay there. The only thing we hoped for is if the public Bath times in the mornings could be extended to 10am instead of ending at 9am. We loved the thoughtful gestures for our anniversary and also the new year gift and explanations that were hung on our door. We highly recommend this place as a base for staying in Hakata.

The location is a bit confusing because there is another ZONK just around the corner, it is also called Haruyoshi. It took me some time to figure out I went to the wrong ZONK. The staff at the front desk seems not good at English, I asked for a free parking lot, but staff keep asking me for my passport (he thought I wanted to check in…)

Excellent hotel, minor check in delay.

"Excellent in all ways except delayed check in due to some staff problem understanding the software related to passports. They figured it out eventually but in the confusion failed to issue our breakfast tickets requiring another trip to the counter. Only place in 10 hotel trip where there was a delay ..."
