"I’m glad I only booked for one night. I must say the staff is very friendly and helpful. But the room the carpet had white powder all over the floor I could not take my shoes off and the bath tub would not drain after a shower. When I told the front desk at check out I was told that I was put in a room that was out of service. Never offered no compensation or discounts for my inconvenience. Even if they had just waived the $50 parking fee I would have felt satisfied."
