가성비 좋은 빌라였음 5년전에 갔다가 조용히 쉬기 좋을것 같아서 다시 가서 좋은추억을 남겼음 바퀴벌레 2마리 출현해서 놀랐음 숙소 상태는 전반적으로 괜찮으나 바닥 창소가 더 되었으면 좋았을것 같음 관광이 아닌 휴양지로 선택하기에는 좋은 숙소라 생각됨

싼게비지떡
싼맛에 예약했었는데 역시 비지떡이었네요 숙박중간에 방을 옮기라는 여러 후기를 보고 설마 했었는데 역시나였네요. 숙박 이틀째 방을 옮기라는 통보를 받고 급당황, 일정때문에 캐리어만 싸놓고 외출, 저녁에 돌아와서 바뀐방 키를 수령하려고 매니저에게 카톡,전화 했으나 연락두절 답답해 미치는줄 알았네요. 혹시나해서 바뀐방으로 와보니 문열려 있음. 황당. 처음매니저와 연락할때 바로옆 다낭골프장과 몽고메리 골프장은 버기 이용이 가능하다고 해서이용했는데 막상가서 보니 안된다고함,결국 택시이용했습니다. 다른날은 29인승 랜트카를 이용했는데 정문에서 16인승차량 이상은 통과가 안된다고함, 정문에 랜트카 세워놓고 버기이용하려고 매니저에게 연락했으나 연락두절, 결국 정문까지 골프백매고 이동했습니다. 날씨는더운데 환장함 단지내의 레스토랑과 마싸지샆을 이용해보았는데 레스토랑은 먹을만한것은 별로 없고 비싸기만하고 마사지샾은 비싸기만하고 실력은 형편없음. 호텔서비스를 기대하고 숙박하면 낭패봅니다. 식사,교통등 모든것을 자력으로 해결할수 있으면 요금은 다른곳에비해 저렴합니다

3박 투숙했습니다. 평이 안좋아 걱정 많이 했는데 저렴한 가격에 절 쉬다 왔습니다. 오션빌라를 임대해서 이름만 퍼펙트 프라이빗 풀빌라로 다른거구요. 저희는 조식 별도로 신청했는데 아침에 빌라로 직원이 오셔서 직접 요리 해주세요. 매일 다르게 나왔구요. 리조트 규모에 비해 조용한 편입니다. 매니져도 카톡으로 바로바로 영어로 응대 잘 해주셨구요. 리셉션에 전화해서 이것저것 물어보고 요구하는 거보다 오히려 카톡으로 얘기하니까 더 편했어요. 파파고 사용해서 바로바로 번역해가면서 ㅋㅋ 시설은 최상급은 아니지만 생각했던 것보다 괜찮아서 그냥저냥 감사하게 생각하면서 지냈구요. 위치는 미케해변이나 시내에서 좀 벗어나서 불리한 점은 좀 있습니다.

I thought we were supposed to stay in a villa with hotel services as described in your website.However,Our nightmare began when check in at the A18 villa.Instead of checking in at the hotel reception,a guy came over to the villa and claimed that he is hired by the owner of the villa.He said they are not part of the hotel group and manage this villa by their own,we did not have rights to enjoy any of the hotel services.The villa itself was totally different from what I have seen from the pictures of your website.The whole villa was lack of maintenance and full of dirt,even spider webs!Totally not acceptable.I called Expedia hotline to reflect the problem immediately.Your staff said they can't do anything regarding our issue because the owner refused to have refund or change another villa for us.We were helpless.I suggested to your hotline staff that we were willing to pay extra fee for another accommodation.But the answer was negative due full house of the villa during Tet holiday.We felt disappointed and angry.I believe your website is reliable with good reputation.I was so regret to book through Expedia which couldn't offer any assistance when we need help!I negotiated with the Vietnamese representative all by my own using google translate.The representative named Mr Ngo claimed that they have already gave us what we had booked.Thus,no refund no cancellation and no accommodation change!He asked some cleaners to have a little clean up of the villa and went away.

問題實在太多
我租的房子是A段，不知是否最早期建的，所以比較舊。首先發現大廳的電視接收不到、冷氣糟滴水；泳池旁有煙蒂、廚房的大冰箱壞，細冰箱很污；樓上有四個房間，1號房間的浴室和洗手間燈壞了；2號房的枕袋有螞蟻；3號房浴室門把斷了；4號房的大櫃有明顯灰塵、窗簾布闊度不夠遮蓋窗門，每天朝早也被曬得不能睡、廁所板舊得很嘔心，而且淤塞。我們拍了照向管理人員反映，他們很快便到來了解，並立即再派人清潔房子及維修電器，問題算是解決了，也多謝管理人員的幫忙。 之後的晚上，我們付費每位30美元在屋內燒烤，之前說的BBQ with chef、seafood & meat，最後只是一位女孩外帶已弄熟的食物過來，在細小的燒烤爐烤數分鐘加熱便完事，而且食物方面連基本BBQ的牛扒、香腸、雞翼、丸類及蝦都沒有，只有魚碎沙律、一隻很細的烤雞、燒肉片、田雞、一舊很硬的魚、三碟菜和炒飯，我們七個人，這餐是210美元（港元$1644），真的實在不能忍受，向管理人員反映，她們問我們想要甚麼食物，盡量配合，我們說想要牛扒、香腸、魷魚和大蝦，最後，她們外帶已烤熟的魷魚、1碟蜆和大約10隻蝦過來，她們說已盡了力，我們也不想浪費時間爭拗，只說算了，我們很失望，因為這個BBQ Party與我們想像的相差太大，我們還滿心歡喜地買了紅酒來迎接，最後卻是失望。 其實這裏的環境很優美寧靜，公眾泳池也很大，管理人員也很親切有禮，但可惜我租的房子設施實在太舊了。

오션빌라 오너룸 이예요. 오션빌라스 리셉션으로 가면 예약 확인 안됩니다. 숙박 예약하면 오너룸 현지 메니저가 카톡으로 메세지가 와요. 영어로,, 카톡 잘 보관해두셨다가 도착 전에 방 호수 알아두시고 가셔야 체크인 하시기 편해요. 필요한 사항 있으면 메니저란 사람에게 개인적으로 요청 해야 합니다. 무슨 이유인지 모르겠지만 이틀째날 방 옮기라고 해서 엄청 불편했습니다. 여행에 시간이 금인데 시간 낭비에, 짐 다시 쌌다가 풀었다가,, 다낭 시내와 거리가 있어서 숙소에서 다낭시내로 나가려면 택시 부르셔야 합니다.

사이트에 나와있는 사진은 오션빌라인것처럼 올려놓고, 막상 가보니 맞은편인 더포인트 빌라였음. 같은계열이라 메인수영장.비치 이용가능하지만 더운날씨에 튜브들고 걸어갈수없는 거리임.(버기카 이용) 총 3박에 5베드룸을 예약.결재했으나, 1박만 예약을 하고, 나머지2박은 고의로 다른게스트에게 또 예약받음.체크인 당일저녁, 핑계를 대며 같은 조건의 룸이라며 다음날부터 옆방으로 옳겨줄것을 권유함. 옮기고보니 4베드룸. 우리방은 12시에 체크아웃 하게함.풀장과 비치로 데려다줄테니 2~3시쯤 옮긴방으로 가라고함. 피곤해서 휴식이 필요하니 12시에 새 방간다고 하니 좋을대로 하라고.막상가니 청소중이라 입실못함. 땡볕에서 마냥 기다림. 암튼 다 쓸수는 없지만 손님을 기만하고 우롱하는 태도 일관 보임. 첵인 리뷰 솔직히 적고나니 진심으로 미안하다고. 리뷰고쳐달라고 연락옴.

가족과의 여행에서 최악의 숙소를 접했습니다. 숙소에 공항픽업을 요청해서 숙소에 왔는데 전혀 다른곳에 내려 주었습니다. 3가족이 아이들을 동반하고 베트남 여행을 갔는데 습하고 더운 날씨에 30분 넘게 밖에서 기다렸습니다. 호스트와 연락은 전혀 안되었습니다. 연락이후에도 영어도 안되고 한국어도 안되었습니다. 숙소 청결은 엉망이였습니다. 베트남에 1시 30분경 도착해서 숙소에 도착 다음날 조식을 추가하는데까지 저녁 8시까지 오직 이것만 했네요. 하루를 완전 망쳤습니다. 자유일정이라 숙소에 일정도 부탁드렸는데 이건 더 엉망입니다. 한국인 가이드를 추천해 주기로 했는데 한국어를 대강 할줄 아는 현지인을 가이드로 보내주었습니다. 어느곳을 가도 설명이라고는 하나도 없고, 그냥 따라만 다녔습니다. 가이드 밥값, 차값 우리가 다 계산 했습니다. 정말 황당하기 그지 없습니다. 마지막날 다낭시티투어를 하고 공항에 픽업해주로 했습니다. 우리가 짐이 있으니 큰차가 필요할 것이라고 했지만 14명의 인원이 16인승차에 짐까지 같이 실려 더운날씨에 겹겹이 안자서 왔습니다. 정말 짜증은 이루 말할 수 없었습니다. 여행일정을 정하면서 팀 포함으로 일정을 잡았는데도 팀을 다랄고했고, 우리와의 정해진 약속은 모르쇠로 일관했습니다. 숙소도 옆문은 전혀 안 잠겼습니다. 환히 열린 상태로 4박을 지냈습니다. 금고도 없었습니다. 여권등 중요 물품을 항상 지니고 다녔습니다. 짜증 짜증....최고조 모기에 도마뱀 엄청납니다. 수건도 더럽습니다. 추가해 달라고 해도 알았다고만 하고 안 갔다줍니다. 이것도 카톡으로만 가능합니다. 전혀 추천하고 싶지 않습니다. 혹시 결재하신 분이 있다면 지금이라도 취소 적극 권유하고 싶네요. 사워기, 욕실, 일부 에어컨 고장 등 이곳저곳이 다 고장나 있음. 많은 곳을 여행 다녔지만 이렇게 엉망이고 기분 최악은 여행은 처음입니다. 즐겁자고 한 여행이,... 휴식을 취하고 싶었던 여행인..... 짜증으로 변했네요. 아이들도 너무 싫어했어요. 다시는 이런 여행 하고 싶지 않다고... 울고 왔네요. 참고로 오션스 빌라와 같은 곳임.

It is a nice getaway from the city center. The property is in average condition. Nice pool and walkable distance to the private beach. For this price, it is a nice villa to stay for the group. The correct name of the place is called "The Ocean Villa" It is a trust worthy spot to stay but the receptionist could not speak english perfectly but able to communicate in simple english. It provides cleaning service every day. 15 mins drive to city centre. Overall it is a nice stay but the property is not in perfect condition.

오션빌라스 오너룸. 예약자 관리를 어떻게 하는건지 갑자기 다른 곳으로 이동하라고 해서 여행기분이 많이 상했네요. 다른 풀빌라에 비해 가격만 착하네요~ 재방문의사 없습니다.
