Alani Sea View Hotel had excellent customer service and really enjoyed the free breakfast service. I wish that the sea view was closer like depicted in the website picture, and facilities a little newer like the pool and gym area. Overall, however, really enjoyed my stay at Alani Sea Hotel! The room is very comfortable and beautiful.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had our laundry done a few times. The price was reasonable and they always came back folded nicely. Cleaning staff were great and always accommodated our schedule of going to the gym. Breakfast was good. Location was great! A short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and markets to choose from. Special shout out to Harry who treated us as a friend. Always had a chat with us whether we were coming or going to the hotel.

Floor in the room seemed a little sticky when not wearing the provided slippers. Location is very convenient with a cool pizza bar across the street with live music and a pool table. Also walking distance to Highland coffee and Bread and Butter bakery. Beach is near by also. Good deal for a ocean view room. Room was spacious with small balcony.
