"I LOVED this hotel! It was probably my favorite out of the three we stayed in during our trip. Our room was SO nice, and everything felt plush and the beds were super comfortable. I loved that our room had a view of the city skyline. However, the staff weren't unfriendly they just seemed overworked or short staffed. I tried to go out at night and the area around the hotel felt a little unsafe, but I know that goes with the territory in New Orleans. I would go back, but would probably just go out during the day time. I would stay here again! It is right on the St Charles Ave and close enough to walk to Magazine St and shops "

"The location was great, and I loved the New Orleans looking feel of the property. The restaurant on site was a great place for drinks at the end of a long day. The linens were crisp, clean, and so soft there was some construction and property improvements going on, so I gave it four stars for cleanliness, but the crew was very polite and Taking great care of the property"

"Everything was Great except one thing, the shower temperature! The one handled hot & cold knob is awful. Its to difficult to get the perfered temperature. Shower head pressure needs to be stronger as well"
