"I had a good experience. The staff was polite and helpful. The rooms are cleaned up everyday and always provided water bottles and new towels with each cleanup. They do have rooms with AC and even hot tubs but these are not posted on Expedia. The staff was kind enough to allow me to upgrade the room once I was on site. It was a pleasant stay, I would definitely recommend!"

"This hotel was absolutely amazing in terms of location and staff. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the food/drink items in the 24 hr cafe were included in the price of the hotel. The only items we had to pay for were wine and alcohol (other than beer, that was included). They had a good selection in the cafe and the staff there were so friendly and food/drinks were served promptly. The breakfast was a good selection of traditional American and Mexican dishes. The view overlooking the Zocalo was amazing, especially when the center was filled with people. And a special shout-out to Daniel, our doorman. He was the absolute best, so sweet and had the best smile! He was there to help us check in and check out and made sure that we were picked up promptly with our driver. Raul was also very helpful during pickup from the hotel to the airport. Overall, we would definitely stay again at this hotel because of the amenities, location and the staff. "

"I love Camino Real Polanco becase it is very specious and it feels like an oasis of calm within the city. I loved waking up with birdsongs. I very much enjoyed the warm watter of the swimming pool early in the morning."

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Barcelo Reforma. Their customer service and facilities were exceptional. Breakfast buffet is excellent, it offers many options for everyone. The transportation services (w/a fee) were a big plus, it added peace of mind making us feel safe and in good hands while traveling with small children and visiting places around the city. Highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely stay at Barcelo next time we visit Mexico city."

"Such a beautiful boutique hotel. Good conditions, spotless clean and well decorated, it is absolutely a gem for the price. The staff is very very nice and solving oriented. It’s worth noting -though- that the rooms don’t have air conditioning (I didn’t mind at all considering CDMX weather) also it’s not so centric, it’s not located in a lively area, so you’ll need an uber or taxi pretty much every time you go out. But overall it added a nice touch of comfort to my CDMX trip, I would definitely stay in Casa Olea again. "
