"We had an amazing time in Mexico City and at this hotel. It was very central and walking distance to many places. The staff was friendly and every accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and Robert our waiter was great! We did have one incident with the cleaning staff moving out personal items around, which lead to leaving my husband's beats behind, and when asked if they could ship to our home, the charge was $165, so I opted out and just bought new ones, so just make sure you don't leave...

"Really nice hotel! The area is nice and quiet at night. The room walls are a little thin, but I didn't have any trouble sleeping at night. The coffee machine is a nice bonus, I used the laundry machine in the basement to wash my clothes once, and the cleaning folks provide you some water each time they tidy the room. The area is super nice and walkable to grab coffee, nearby drinks, brunch, or dinners."
