11th Anniversary getaway

My husband and i enjoyed our stay. The rooms are nice size, great shower, everything available in the kitchen for use, comfortable bed, nice outside areas. Too cold yet for the pool, but i did stick my feet i for a bit! Very clean

Great Stay

This was a great property. It was very clean spacious and a perfect area for us. The hosts while living on the property but in a seperate structure kept to themselves. We spent a week there and meet the husband and wife in person only once. They are wonderful down to earh people. This place was as advertised and I would not hesitate to go back and would reccomend to anyone. Thank you Jan and Duanne for a great stay. We appreciated it greatly

Very Cozy

The location is remote but easy access to food and local attractions. The internet was for all intents and purposes non existent. It has basic tableware but don’t expect very much in the way of trash bags, soap, coffee or cooking staples. The beds and sofa were cozy but the rooms were hot. It’s clean but not meant for more than a few people. This isn’t a home but a one bedroom apartment or in law sweet. Over all nice and convenient.

Great get away

We had a wonderful girls 5 day vacation. 5 can sleep comfortably in this rental. Very clean and cozy. Plenty of towels and pots and pans. You can walk to the Freezer which is a great place to eat. It was too cold outside for us to enjoy the pool. But we will definitely be back!

Great location for access to activities

My adult daughter and I enjoyed this little home during our long weekend in Homosassa. We day tripped and snorkeled in Devils Den, did Crystal Springs, the Homosassa wildlife preserve and much more. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and the quiet location.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay a lot. A lot of awesome things to do close by. Flea market, restaurants, State Parks. Etc. would definitely recommend Wallace’s restaurant. And Ice cream place around the corner. Don’t forget the Freezer… love the shrimp. Don’t forget to bring cash when visiting the freezer. Great property.

Old Homosassa Historic Neighborhood near the water.

Outstanding rental property for a couple or small family. Relatively inexpensive compared to other rentals in the area. Owner could not have been nicer. Well maintained and clean inside and out. Very comfortable. Great pool and patio/deck. Kitchen and bathroom has everything you'll need except food. Dining choices in the neighborhood are limited but interesting.The Freezer is a fun seafood bar. Cash only. Good selection of seafood choices at a reasonable price. Cold bottled beer by the bucket. Short walk from the unit. Not far from from more familiar chain and other restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Our first choice when in Homosassa.
