Cozy Cottage
The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood and is centrally located for fishing, shopping, and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. The accomodations were great and everything was clean. Nice yard with fire pit, grill, and deck. The hosts are great!

Peaceful and quiet
We stayed at this place over Easter Weekend. Cute and adorable house. Set away from the hubbub but walking distance from the river. This is a well equipped rental. Clean and had everything we could want. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing vaca!
My husband and i had a very relaxing stay. The cottage was super clean, I mean immaculate! It was the perfect size for the two of us, and really quiet. We wish the weather would have cooperated so we could have enjoyed the fire pit out back, but we made the best of it for sure! Our fav restaurant was Vintage on 5th, which is less than 10 min from the cottage. Jim & Wendy, the homeowners, were super nice and helpful!

Manatee trip on a rainy weekend.
I had planned a camping getaway. Rain was going to wash us out. I was able to book this cabin. . I am so glad I did. The little cabin was perfect. They thought of ever little detail. The outside area was so cute. I would come back on a sunny weekend and explore. It really saved our weekend. Thank you for a cozy place to stay.

This little cabin was Clean, easy, comfortable, well stocked, and convenient to boat ramps, restaurants, and water activities. Having the Sea Hag Deli and community boat ramp right down the road from this, gem of a “cabin”, made our scalloping trip even more fun!!! Communication from owners was easy.

We love this place! The location is very convenient. The backyard is super comfortable, even in the winter. We spent some afternoons sitting outside and watching birds. It was wonderful! We got everything we need in the kitchen for making simple breakfast. The hosts responded my messages very fast too.

We have rented from Wendy and Jim several times. They are great hosts and very accommodating. This was our first stay in the little house. The house is small but don’t let that fool you! It has everything you need to be comfortable. The location is great, so close to town but very private. We loved riding the bikes around the neighborhood. They bed was extremely comfortable.

Everything was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully provided. Hosts made sure to communicate important information, while at the same time respectfully giving us blissful privacy. Cute little cottage
My friend and I wanted a kayak adventure on some of the springs and rivers in Florida. We kayaked at Hunter Park because it was close by and only stayed a couple of hours because of threatening weather. The next day we drove about half an hour to the Rainbow River for a wonderful adventure. We were very pleased with the cottage. It was cozy, clean, and quiet. I would highly recommend it for a couple that would like to enjoy the area. Next time we may try to find something nearer to Rainbow State Park since that was the type of adventure we were looking for.
