Some suggestions for future improvements. 1) upgrade bathroom shower2) make the kitchen floor level3) eliminate musty odor throughout home. 4) Repair/replace screen door on backdoor. 5) tighten screws/fasteners for living room coffee table (wobbles and unstable)"

"The property is just as photos represent. The Loft was clean, well stocked with supplies, & the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the peacefulness of the Doe River just steps away & enjoyed the firepit. We drove to Johnson City (approximately 20 minutes away) for a lovely dinner. The hosts were responsive quickly with communication. We would definitely stay at the Loft again! "

"What a fun and unique place. Perfect for 1 person or a couple. Fun things like putting green, cornhole , outdoor hot tub in private fence yard. Ms. pacman inside. Very clean. So close to state street , all in walking distance. The perfect place for the Bristol area "

"We really enjoyed our stay in this perfectly imperfect charming home!!! The host did a great job making sure we had everything we needed! Above and beyond really! The kids enjoyed the games and puzzles and we used the pack and play provided for the baby!"

"A great place for large family. Clean. Convenient to stores, restaurants, quiet. My only complaint is the dangerous driveway which should have been mentioned in the description of property. It is very, very steep and scary. Other than that, we had a nice stay and enjoyed the house!!"

"The owners were very communicative and warm, the place was clean and had everything I needed. It is near a trailer park but I stayed 5 nights and never any issues with noise or anything else. For the region, based on what was available in this price range, this was one of the best values, in my opinion. Glad I stayed there and I would stay again."

"My family’s and I stay here was absolutely amazing. The property location is absolutely stunning with amazing views of the mountains and the cows are a plus. The Host was the sweetest and kindest person I’ve ever met, easy to get a hold of if we ever needed anything or just a simple question. I highly recommend this Vrbo if you are looking to escape any crazy or chaotic place you live just to enjoy peace and serenity."

"This was SO perfect. Just what we needed. Peaceful setting by the Watauga. Close enough to town to get eat/shop/etc., but super quiet cabin. I imagine if the guests in the big cabin were loud or rowdy it might be less so but that absolutely wasn't the case this past weekend. We are saving this listing for sure!"
