We love gathering and eating on the deck which provides a great view of the lake. It's quiet, clean and we absolutely love this house and location!"

I had sent her a message a week before asking if there was a coffee pot or Keurig to bring pods but never got a reply. "We have been coming to visit the Petoskey area for ten years in the late summer but never during the dead of winter. The town was magical and charming in a blanket of snow, and The Perry Hotel was the ideal place to experience this. Gorgeous dining room lovely historic room, great staff. It reminded us of stays at The Drake Hotel in Chicago. Delightful experience---we'll be back!! "

"Rooms were clean and updated. Pool and hot tub were in good condition. However, would clean the ring around the hot tub. It should have looked cleaner! Staff were helpful. Breakfast was fine, but having more fruit choices would be appreciated. Thanks for a fun stay!"
