"I am more upset at expedia than at the place itself. The reason is that this is not a hotel, nor a resort, nor a 5 star vacation home as described. It is the ground floor of a two story house, where the owner lives above. It was not clean, full of live and dead insects and spiders, including the pool. It may be normal maybe in a private house in the Tuscany countryside, but not ok for an expedia rated vacation place. There is no air conditioning and notwithstanding what the owner will...
