"I traveled in early Jan 2025 to visit family in Covington KY. Not knowing the area, I was unsure of what to expect. Covington is an amazing small town and the unit we stayed in was perfect. "Great location for access to downtown area. The rental was clean and well decorated. If walking up/down flights of stairs is an issue, this isnt the place for you. A few in our group strugged with them. Hosts responded quickly to any request and even helped us carry items inside because of the stairs. This was greatly appreciated! Perfect location to stay for downtown events.

"The Westin was in a great location with connected parking & easy check in process. Bigger/better/lit signage directing to the check in desk would be helpful as it’s on the 2nd floor. Parking was easy, connected via elevator to the hotel. I had checked in online & received a text several hours before check in time that my room was ready. On arrival, reception was quick & friendly and gave me a card for free appetizer at the also attached McCormick & Schmick steakhouse. The steakhouse menu is also available for room service. Elevators require your keycard before entering; room on the 5th floor was secure, spacious, clean & quiet. I opted to eat dinner at Jeff Ruby’s which is just across the street. Around the block is a commuter rail stop if you’re interested in utilizing that free service to get around the downtown area. I was attending an event at Heritage Bank Arena & took an uber due to rain. The Westin is definitely in walking distance to all the riverfront venues and after the show I opted to walk back, took about 15 minutes. Also around the block is Sleepy Bee cafe which was excellent for breakfast. If I ever stay in Cincinnati again this will be my go-to hotel. Perfect location for downtown events, close to great restaurants and public transport, clean & secure with great parking. "

"Our stay was very good. The hotel was in a central location, close to major roadways. Nice and clean. There is a bar with a limited food menu. But, I cannot say enough about the staff. There was confusion at our check in and a very nice gentleman named Praise sorted the issue out quickly. He made changes to accommodate us. Actually, all the staff were very helpful during our short stay."
