The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was immaculate, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept soundly each night. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, a stunning lobby, a delicious restaurant. The gym was fantastic and well-equipped. Overall, our stay at Hard Rock Hotel was exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience."

"Stayed here with family in early January, and it was nice. The staff is excellent, from the doormen to the valet to the front desk to even housekeeping and maintenance! They were all very helpful. The rooms are typically NY-small, but they are adequate. The only issue we had was we couldn't really adjust the heat to a higher setting; the room stayed about 68-69 degrees, and we wanted it a little bit warmer. But, we managed with blankets and comforters. The lobby is busy, and the elevators, also. The rooftop bar is really nice, and I recommend this property for a city stay away from tourist-areas. "

"This hotel is rated three stars but feels more like a four-star establishment. It has been completely renovated and is exceptionally clean. Its location in the theater district is ideal, as it is easily walkable and close to public transportation. Although it offers minimal amenities, the overall experience is excellent."

"Was a little unpleased with housekeeping, they came into the room to service twice while we were in room, and could not accommodate the time we requested for the cleaning. Last day there was trouble with our key card getting into room, and the housekeeper stated she’s unable to let us into room, and when I went to front desk to ask for help, they sent a housekeeper, ironically. "
