Had to spray for bugs several times. Cockroaches in the ice- posted photo previously. Showers are unsafe- no slips strips. Why do hotels insist on using Swiffers???? they DO NOT CLEAN the floor. I dropped some lotion and when I simply used water and a paper towel to clean it, the paper towel was black with built up grime. Try soap and water and dump the swiffers!!! ewwwwwww

The location is great. On the quietest clean beach. Not directly but golf cart away along a beautiful walkable forest path/boardwalk. 5min/cart accessible and every 5 mins pick up . Walk 15m

I have stayed here many times and always enjoy it. My first time back since the hurricane and noticed a few differences. Even though you have a $20/day resort fee, parking charge was $50 and maid service will not show up unless you call and schedule. Beach chairs, table and umbrella is now $35/day and they WILL throw you off the beach at exactly 5pm. You will still have an enjoyable time but it's going to cost you a lot more.
