"Stayed overnight on way home from the Alps and the location was perfect. We didn't really use the kitchenette or shower but both were clean and new. This means the value for us was not excellent but if you were staying in the area for a day or two this would be a great budget stay. "Nous avons passé un très bon weekend dans ce gîte avec mes parents et mes frères et sœurs et leurs enfants ! Nous étions 14, le gîte est très fonctionnel. Chacun avait sa salle de bain/toilette. La pièce de vie permet à tout le monde de vivre ensemble. Accueil parfait et le tout avec de la neige et du soleil ! Nous avons pu profiter du site de ski nordique à moins de 5 min.Nous reviendrons ! "We stayed as a stopover on our way to Switzerland and to pick up family from Geneva airport. Couldn’t eat at the superb restaurant as it was undergoing work so that was disappointing but we were guided to an Italian restaurant that was excellent. Hotel is amazing everything you need for a one night stay. Highly recommend "

"Don’t listen to the bad reviews. We stayed here thinking this would be one of the lower end hotels visited during our trip to Europe and honestly we liked it as one of the best. Our room was very clean and tidy, smelled fresh, view was nice, area was easy to catch the bus into town, the staff were helpful. Only downside is it’s a bit of a walk into the old town but we knew that when booking and the nighttime walks felt unsafe so we took the bus instead. Otherwise would stay here again. "

"If we could give 100 stars we would. This chateau, the staff, dining and amenities are all hidden gems in the countryside outside of Annecy. From the time of check in to the check out, everyone was helpful and pleasant. The staff at the restaurant were fantastic and offered great recommendations. If you are questioning whether or not to book; do it and do not hesitate. You will surely regret if you don’t stay and one night is most definitely not long enough. "
