Kimberley Ridge 411 is the largest ski-in/out condo at the base of the ski hill (1500 sqft). It has four real beds plus three comfortable, pull-out sofa beds.
This Kimberley getaway features a private hot tub, high speed wifi and a 55" TV with Sports Net. The back deck overlooks Mark Creek and has an oversized, eight-person hot tub and deep-seating patio furniture and the front deck has a 2-burner, natural gas Weber BBQ with patio seating for six.
Tod, the owner, is a tourism professional operating Simply Kimberley, a boutique vacation rental company. I live and breathe Kimberley tourism. Kimberley Ridge 411 by Simply Kimberley is set up for contactless check-in with keyless entry (door codes are shared prior to arrival).
Ski hill condo at the base of the resort. Great views of the mountain and 75m from the T-Bar/Owl Learning area. You can literally watch your kids ski the T-Bar from the KR411 kitchen! The Kimberley Ridge complex was built in the early 2000s and the condos are predominantly vacation rentals. Our units are in the fourth building and have a HUGE parking space right next door where the fifth building was meant to be built...but never was.
Lots of parking out front and around the side of the building. The condo is up two flights of stairs (8 stairs each) into the entrance way then up another flight to the main floor.
New in November 2022 - four new stainless appliances in the kitchen to pair with the updated flooring throughout the main floor and all bathrooms. KR411 is an open-concept living room with vaulted ceilings letting the natural light in through east- and west-facing windows. We've been continuously investing in locally produced wall art pieces making Kimberley Ridge 411 by Simply Kimberley an absolute pleasure for your vacation time.
A mountain to town shuttle runs frequently during the winter season. Tod from Simply Kimberley (condo owner)also operates charter transportation and we have our 11-passenger and 14-passenger Executive Transit vans plus 16 and 24-passenger buses...the perfect options for safe shuttle transportation!
Kimberley Ridge 411 is ~ 100m to the Owl T-Bar and learning area making it incredible for families with kids. You can literally look out the front window from the kitchen and see your kids riding the T-bar. This is a pet-friendly unit with a signed Simply Kimberley - Pet Policy agreement. A maximum of one dog is allowed, per condo and we have an additional $25 per night, pet surcharge.
The City of Kimberley is governed by a Good Neighbour Bylaw and our quiet hours of 11PM - 7AM must be respected. Stemwinder Drive is a mixed street of full-time residences and vacation rentals. To protect our property and to respect our neighbours, our Kimberley Ridge 411 condo is NOT a “party home”. We operate under Short Term Rental License STRU 2022-104 and are permitted up to 12 occupants.
Our condo is equipped with a Minut device. This device monitors sound levels, occupancy, and temperature in the property while protecting our guests’ stay and privacy.
The next-door unit, Kimberley Ridge 410, is a mirror image and is connected with a soundproof door through the living rooms. Ample parking right outside the stairs to the condo. Please note two flights of stairs access the main entrance and a flight of stairs once you're inside the front entrance leads to the main floor.
