"Check in was smooth because of Hotels.com. Pleasant staff. Room was nice size. Shower was great. Kitchen/cooking equipment was a plus. Glass ware was a pleasant change from paper and plastic. Bed was very comfortable. HVAC keep the room pleasant during the day and night."

"There were unattended children at the hotel about 1:30am kids knocked on our door as hard as they could started laughing and took off running as fast as they could we were on the 7th floor not sure what floor they were on our floor did not have cameras I messaged the staff to let them know what happened but this has never happened to me before and we travel a lot. I really was enjoying the stay until this happened my husband paid for us to have a nice relaxing weekend away from home. "
