The reef by the hotel was great for snorkeling and the facilities by the reef (pools and jacuzzi) were outstanding. There breakfast and lunch were nice by the pool. The room was good with a nice balcony, but mainly enjoyed the pool area and reef.

Everyone who worked here was so friendly and kind ! Our room was so cute and had the most beautiful ocean view ! The pool and lounge beds were amazing. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and we were sad to leave !

Hotel B is a great place for me to relax. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the location is close to downtown but far enough away that the area is very quiet. Price was very reasonable, room was spacious, and the restaurant, bar, and scuba shop were all very accommodating. My air conditioner was a bit noisy but not bad enough that it really bothered my sleep so I had no real issues during my stay.

"Quirky chic" Hotel is right on the water, great snorkeling and swimming, relaxing pool area, great restaurant. Easy to get a 5 min cab ride to town for activities and other places to eat. Outside of hotel could use a paint job. Rooms are fine, nothing amazing.

My experience at Hotel B Cozumel was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. I chose this hotel expecting comfort, good service, and basic hospitality—but it failed on every level. The room was poorly maintained, with clear signs of neglect. Cleanliness was far from acceptable, and it felt like nobody cared enough to fix or improve anything. The service was just as bad—slow, and disorganized. On top of that, the overall atmosphere was chaotic and unprofessional. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a frustrating experience that last only a few hours as my wife and I decided to walk away from this place and make a reservation in another hotel, last minute. For the price they charge, the value is absolutely not there. There are many better options in Cozumel. I would never stay here again, and I don’t recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or enjoyable trip.
