"Chose this hotel because of high rating but it was just okay. Front desk check in was kind of cold and abrupt. Room was okay, seemed small, bathroom had been updated but the room in general was dated. Rust on the towel bar, breakfast was boring but the area seemed clean and the check out person was pleasant. Okay for the price I guess."

"Checked in and got a cart to move our luggage. Wheels are shot. No other cart available. Pushed it into the hotel and mentioned this to the reception. She laughed, oh well. The room was clean and comfortable. Got a drink from the confectionery, went to the room...no opener. Back down to the reception, they had a bottle opener at the desk, perfect. Overall, good staff, clean room. No real problems that cant be fixed easily. "
