"I was taken with the coolness factor of staying in a former factory, but underestimated the inconvenience of having no lobby, nowhere to sit while waiting for room, etc. No early check-in, no late check-out. The room was nice looking but freezing (probably the downside of the brick building. All in all I wish I’d stayed at a more standard hotel. "

"I traveled in early Jan 2025 to visit family in Covington KY. Not knowing the area, I was unsure of what to expect. Covington is an amazing small town and the unit we stayed in was perfect. It was myself and my adult daughter. We both had ample space and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return someday. Todd - Florida"

Historic Tres House , “Tres” for 3 floors of Charm!

Perfect!

"We were meeting some friends in the Cincinnati area to spend some time and celebrate a birthday and decided to look into a VRBO instead of hotel rooms where we would have to congregate in a common area with loddy doddy and everybody. I'm so glad we did. This place was perfect for us! Its so adorable and cozy! I don't know how many times one of us said, "OH, LOOK!" so make sure to take time to actually look at things.Vicky was very responsive and pays attention to detail. I will have no problem booking this property again!"

"From the moment we arrived, the staff was amazing. The valet guy explained all the parking options. Once to the lobby you are invited by amazing front desk agents. Laroy and i think Richard. They were so helpful both nights we were there. They gave us such an amazing view of the city, explained all we needed to know with so much kindness and excitement. The hopitality was amazing. They offer a wonderful breakfast an evening reception every night and thats where we met Nay (Bartender) and Dave (manager). They made you feel so welcome and happy to be there. Nay has amazing customer service and Dave has all the tricks lol. It was really a great stay. Thank you all. "
