"From ages 79 to 4 months, every member of our family of 16 really enjoyed their stay. The pool was lovely, although pretty cold. However, the seating around the pool was super comfortable to enjoy the sun. The hot tub was a hit - used multiple times a day by several of us! The refrigerator and freezer capacity was amazing and made it a breeze to stock up on groceries for the week for our army! "Well appointed, small guest house with easy access in a quiet neighborhood. Second time our group has stayed here. Would definitely recommend if you’re visiting the area. The host was very responsive and easy to work with."

"We were a bit underwhelmed by the property. It was a bit more run down then we expected. Not sure what the issue was but there was police presence when we got there, which was concerning. And not that it was the property’s fault but some of the guests were a bit noisy late at night. It was fine for one night and served it’s purpose, we were only there to sleep."

"It’s an older motel, slightly rundown, slightly shabby. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The neighborhood was safe and the location was very convenient to a nearby expressway. It was easy to get into Providence RI. There’s a nearby family restaurant with decent food and friendly service. We knew going in that it would not be fancy. We got what we paid for. "

"It was labeled a non-smoking room but smelled of smoke. The front desk clerk was rude and the hotel itself was outdated and deluxe is definitely wrong."
