"I was so comfortable here that I really hated leaving to return home. First, the staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. Second, the breakfast was great and had a good variety of choices to create a full breakfast and then some. It was clean and smelled nice. Third, the location was perfect: easy walking distance to trains, buses, taxis always there, the theatres, Covent Garden (fabulous), landmarks, restaurants and many stores including grocery express and some clothing stores.
