"We booked this waterfront home the weekend of our daughter’s graduation. It was very clean, nice and cozy. Only wish we would’ve had more time to enjoy it and the deck over Cane River. The owners were very nice and accommodating, and even went above and beyond to return an Apple Watch to us that we left behind. Great home in a great place with great owners. We’d love to visit again. Highly recommend!"

"What was once a medium sized 1940’s era home has been updated, enlarged and landscaped beautifully. The great room, primary suite, and covered deck are gorgeous, with gorgeous river views. Tropical plants outside the great room and off the deck are stunning. The location is within 2 or 3 blocks of charming shops in the downtown and of the lovely riverfront park and walkway. "Stunning, spacious property in a great location. We were in town for a reunion and the house was perfect. Very nicely updated and way more room than expected. Close enough to downtown to walk or make the short drive. Host was clear with communication and check-in and check0out were a breeze. Highly highly recommend this property for any stay in Natchitoches, especially if you have a decent size group."

"We had a great time with our friends and family celebrating our daughter's graduation from LSMSA. The house is absolutely beautiful, very clean, spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property. Great location, a short walk from front street, safe, historic neighborhood, and few blocks from the Steel Magnolias house, just amazing."

"The space was amazing—clean, quiet and peaceful. Tucked away from the main road, but not too far. A few miles from Natchitoches, but not a straight shot. Definitely would make a day trip there as opposed to a night trip. Great communication from host! If you want to “unplug” and enjoy peace and quiet, this is the place."

"I traveled with my spouse and 2 kids for a 4H competition in the area and came across this gem. The house and property are beautiful as is the art work throughout. Mr. Wilburn was an awesome host. After the competition, my family and I went to the Mansfield and Pleasant Hill battlefields which were just a short drive from the house. I will definitely be staying again the next time we find ourselves in the area."

"House was as advertised. Fishing was great. We caught over 70 bream. Only one garbage bag was supplied. The dishwasher was broken. The TV in the main bedroom was not working right. These issues would not be particularly important except for the fact that the rate was $275 a night. Otherwise, the location, views and fishing were very nice."

"We rented for a small family reunion where we wanted to be able to enjoy a quiet gathering in a beautiful setting. This one was great. The house was everything we expected and the patio and view of cane lake was beautiful. The owner added his own touch with snacks, coffee pods, shampoo, dishwasher and laundry detergent and other stuff. Plenty of bath linens for a 3 night stay for 6 people. We couldn't have been more pleased with everything and would stay again."
