This condo was immaculately clean and the absolute perfect location, right on front Street, with a large balcony decorated inside and out for the Christmas holiday. As for service, and getting in contact with Janiice, our contact person, she was always available with a text or call. "Every year the ladies in our family pick a weekend in December to travel somewhere and see Christmas lights. This year we went to Natchitoches, LA for their Christmas Lights Festival. We stayed at A&A Lakehouse and we so happy we did! The location was perfect (close to downtown), clean, plenty of room for the seven of us and the host was so nice and very responsive. We plan on coming back for the 100 anniversary of the Christmas Festival and will MOST definitely try to book this property...

"House was very clean and comfortable. Cane River runs behind it and area was peaceful and beautiful. We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s in the past and this was our favorite. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Snack basket and waters were very nice touches. Communication with owners was quick and easy. Would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend to others. "

"I traveled with my spouse and 2 kids for a 4H competition in the area and came across this gem. The house and property are beautiful as is the art work throughout. Mr. Wilburn was an awesome host. After the competition, my family and I went to the Mansfield and Pleasant Hill battlefields which were just a short drive from the house. I will definitely be staying again the next time we find ourselves in the area."

"House was as advertised. Fishing was great. We caught over 70 bream. Only one garbage bag was supplied. The dishwasher was broken. The TV in the main bedroom was not working right. These issues would not be particularly important except for the fact that the rate was $275 a night. Otherwise, the location, views and fishing were very nice."

There are six beautiful cabins that are elevated up on the hilltop with plenty space between to have privacy. With a patio and a porch swing so you can sit and relax.
