Walkable to bars, coffee shops, food trucks, BBQ places. The vrbo was a one bedroom with a small living room and a spacious kitchen with washer/drier. "The property itself was clean, nice, and secure. It is small but cozy. They made use of all the space. The neighborhood was questionable, which made walking not an option. I thought we would be next to a target; as I saw in the pics, this was not so. Overall, it was a decent stay. "

"Enjoyed our stay in this pretty little guesthouse located in a quiet residential neighborhood (yet close to all amenities and shopping) in Austin. This was a perfect place for our 3 day stay while visiting our daughter. The bed was comfy, the decor was soothing, there was a kitchenette to make a quick breakfast and everything was clean and peaceful. There was even a swinging chair. Loved it!"
