"Ginger was a fabulous host to my family. We stayed there for 5 nights. The rooms were clean, very nicely decorated, cute back yard, in a safe neighborhood. We were there during a few festivals going on in Summerville and Charleston, so the towns were bustling. Ginger's recommended restaurants were delicious. My personal favorite was Oscars! Highly recommend if you're looking to stay in the Summerville/Charleston area. "

"My family stayed 5 nights. When we pulled into the driveway we wondered if we made a bad choice. The house is very dirty on the outside and very much in need of a power wash and maintenance! Gutters are full and mildew is everywhere. We went inside and were pleased that it looked almost exactly like the listing. The inside was clean and well arranged. AC was cool. "The house was fantastic. It was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated. There was trash in the front yard, though possibly left by someone in the neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly. The yard needed to be mowed in front and back. There were outside string lights in the back and we could not figure out how to turn them off at night. "This place was absolutely amazing! Everything was meticulously well thought out was just gorgeous and perfect. An absolute 5 star establishment. These cottages overlook a small lake with turquoise water. My 5 year old enjoyed watching the ducks and turtles. I would highly recommended visiting Eden at GraGracefield "
