Clint is very helpful and great to talk with. I enjoyed my stay and had no issues whatsoever. Some things are a bit outdated but that’s not anyone’s fault which is the reason for 4 stars. I’d say upgrading bedding would be great but me and my son still had a very good stay.
Just a quick Wednesday night getaway to spend a fun evening with friends and it turned out perfect! I was in desperate need of a relaxing trip and that is exactly what I got! Front desk could not have been more accommodating, even help me carry my bag up the stairs to my room as they weren't busy at the moment. Absolutely loved the little table and two dining chairs! Did not use the microwave but appreciated the refrigerator. Did not hear a sound last night the bed was very comfortable and I slept so well. Feeling fresh and rejuvenated this morning headed out for crazy life again!
The motel was clean and comfortable, but there were no extras. No coffee- I had to go to the shop next-door. No soap- we had to buy our own. No ice - the machine wasn't working. The staff was friendly.
Doors were warped and took considerable strength to open and close. Room was freezing. Took hours to warm. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room adequately equipped.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness
The person who checked us in was nice and friendly. The price was good. The room was ok. The walls are thin that we can hear conversations of lodgers next to us. The linen and towels were clean, but the bed cover smelled like an unbathed homeless person.
Well, it was not the most updated place. It was clean for the most part.
What was bad was the people blasting music at 1:00 in the morning. Yelling stomping around. Then again at 3am mor yelling and slamming doors. More loud music.

We booked this because of the price- the other hotel options in the city were more than double the price. BUT the stay was uncomfortable and we will not book it again. The service was friendly enough, but the room quality very poor, strange, and old. It was listed as non-smoking but smelled like smoke. The shower dripped and the toilet flush was very loud and long. The bed was on wheels and shifted with every small movement. Also, we were on the first floor and the second floor room above us was very noisy ALL night long. The TV volume was super loud and it sounded like they were moving furniture all night. So much noise and we couldn’t sleep. It was pretty bad. If not for the noise, the stay would have been passable but we won’t risk it again.
You pretty much get what you pay for at this motel. Sadly, this weekend booked up many motels/hotels in the surrounding areas of Eugene and this location was the cheapest I could find.
However, the manager who checked us in and out was extremely personable and was very attentive. He made sure that we had everything we needed even though they didn't really have much.
The property was the opposite though. The room smelled like cigarettes, floors were cold and moist, toilet seat broke off after one day, and for some reason there was only one lamp in the corner that was so dim we had to keep the bathroom door open and have that light on while we got ready. Opening the window curtains was not an option because it opened up right to the parking lot and had no sheer curtains to block out view, but let in light. So that didn't help at all.
If you're on a tight budget or have no other options, this place has a bed, a TV, a shower, and a toilet. You'll survive.
