Staying in this detached old sheepfold feels like stepping into a time machine, but without having to give up contemporary comforts. When you reach accommodation via the sloping path through nature, the friendly owner is already waiting for you. Behind the cottage is a fenced swimming pool (owner sometimes uses it) amid olive trees and there are several terraces. Peace and privacy in a prime location!

Cotignac, just 3.5 km from the accommodation, enchants visitors with its picturesque feel. The centre welcomes you with centuries-old squares surrounded by plane trees, where cosy restaurants, bars and boutiques await. The town rests at the foot of an overhanging cliff, which is illuminated at night for a magical spectacle.

From Saint-Tropez to the green heart of Provence, the Var embodies stunning nature, fascinating sights and a blissful climate. Iconic destinations such as Saint-Tropez and fascinating cities such as Aix-en-Provence and Cannes are within easy reach, just an hour away from the accommodation

Gemütliche Immobilie, sehr einsam gelegen, mit einem schönen ursprünglichen Garten und Pool. Die Einrichtung ist eher schlicht, es ist aber alles Notwendige vorhanden. Die Vermieterin kümmert sich aufmerksam um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste und gibt viele Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants pp. Cotignac ist ein sehr lebhaftes und schönes Dorf/Kleinstadt, wo man sehr gut essen gehen und den Abend verbringen kann. Die Umgebung mit vielen kleinen Dörfern, der Nähe zum Meer und der Stadt Aix en Provence ist immer eine Reise wert!

Für uns waren Cotignac und das Var eine tolle Neuentdeckung, der wir sicher weitere Reisen widmen möchten. Marjolein haben wir als sehr liebevolle und umsichtige Gastgeberin kennen gelernt.
