"The hotel is not maintained, the smell of mold in the rooms. The location of the pool is far from the rooms. It is not possible to bring food and drinks to the pool area and the hotel requires you to buy in the pool at high prices. The whole ComMalex is not built in a friendly way."

"Very nice hotel but the staff need more training regarding customer service. That have not cleaned or changed the towels after first day! It’s a 5*hotel and should be done daily! The front desk ladies didn’t informed us about the WiFi password, breakfast and lunch time or to call when the room was ready for check in. Breakfast was okay, but can be better and should have fresh food not displayed (leftovers) second day as well!"

"My wife and I spent 2 nights at this hotel. It’s been a great experience, benefiting from an all inclusive package. The room was very clean and spacious with nice amenities. We enjoyed good food, beverages, private beach, beautiful pool, inner yard with private parking, entertainment at night. With other words everything checked out, and will consider booking this hotel complex again next time we visit Romania in the summer."

"Der står der er daglig rengøring. Vi fik det måske hveranden dag. Vi var en familie på 4 afsted, der er en lille dobbeltseng 150 cm, og en sofa. Så vores lille datter på 2 år, sov på gulvet på en hynde vi havde taget i receptionen, da de ikke vil tilbyde hjælp. Vi kom kl 23, og der var ingen opredning til børnene. Det fik vi så dag 2.
