"Staff at hotel super helpful and friendly. I have stayed at 2 Hotel Bed4U hotels on my trip to Bilbao/Santander, both have been wonderful however the Santander hotel has been the best. We arrived to our room with 2 glass bottles of water, a welcome note and some sweets. A lovely touch! The location of the hotel is great, you can walk into the centre if you’d like but there is a train station just beside that takes you one stop into Santander in a few mins. Stations are accessible. "Beautiful hotel and grounds and very attentive staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. The only problem with this hotel is that the restaurant never opened during our stay. Though bar staff is terrific and try to accomodate the guests with their limited meals. A long walk to the beach and the center of town. "

"This was not my usual Santander hotel, but it was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size. And, although the hotel does not boast a restaurant, there is a bar with a good menu as well as breakfast. The staff were nice and it was a good, overall experience. "
