"There was water on the floor of the kitchen. I was expecting a small beach town, but it was shocking, it was a small Disney town. I won't go again. "

Tried to contact the hotel 4 times prior to our stay for a shuttle from the airport and was put through to a number that rang out on each occasion. Shower was broken. Someone came to fix it and it broke again. We weren't given access to the pool. Had to walk back to reception. Was given a fob that didn't work. Had to walk back to reception and was gives a card this time. Washing machine didn't work. Had to wash clothes by hand....
