"Excellent luxury stay "

"The hotel is beautiful. Checkin was fairly quick. We were able to visit sky51 for free. It is pretty but can’t sit outside if you are not in a big group. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We had to call for towels twice as there were none. My companion felt the sink was too low due to his height but was ok for me. Breakfast was good, but not hot: "

She is the#1 reason I give this hotel excellent experience. I will love to come back to Cartagena and I will definitely book at the Intercontinental."

"The location and the apartment is very convenient and very well located and maintained. The only comments were that we were 3 people and there were only two towels and one of these broken. Also the sofa bed is not comfortable and might need a replacement. Other than that the property is very good."

"We got room with balcony facing the beach and room had two bathrooms. Drainage system around the property was bad as street got flooded after rain and made it hard to walk around."
