The Space
• Unforgettable Views: Dream View Lodge offers spectacular views of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Every room is designed to maximize these views, with two expansive decks providing perfect vantage points.
• Luxury and Comfort: Completely remodeled in 2023, our lodge features luxurious, comfortable furniture and amenities throughout. Each king bedroom offers a memory foam mattress, Roku TV, and stunning park views. Two of these bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms with luxurious rain showers. The living room also features a Roku TV for your entertainment. Enjoy your favorite tunes with our stereo system, complete with Bluetooth connectivity and a record player, providing the perfect ambiance for your stay.
• Entertainment for All: Enjoy endless entertainment options with a fully stocked arcade – pinball, foosball, Buck Hunter, Fast and Furious and Marvel arcades – a pool table, and a Deco-inspired movie theater featuring a grand entrance, rocker seats, two sofas (one queen sleeper) and a 75-inch screen with surround sound. There is also a Roku TV in each bedroom, and in the living room, as well as a stereo.
• Private Indoor Saltwater Pool: Dive into relaxation year-round in our private heated indoor saltwater pool. With a unique roll-up glass garage door, you can seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living. Enjoy a swim with stunning views of the surrounding nature, whether the door is up or down.
• Hot Tub with Scenic Views: Our hot tub offers the perfect spot to unwind. Positioned to take full advantage of the breathtaking mountain vistas, it’s an ideal place to soak and relax, especially under the stars at night.
• Indoor-Outdoor Living: With comfy couch seating on both levels, our decks are perfect for meals, games, or relaxation. Enjoy corn hole, giant Jenga, Connect 4, or simply take in the unobstructed mountain views. By day, watch the sun traverse the mountains; by night, stargaze from the hot tub or by the fire tables.
• Chef's Kitchen: Our well-stocked kitchen features two cooktops, an oven, dishwasher, and ample counter space. We’ve provided all the necessary dishes, glassware, silverware, and cookware, including kids' plates and utensils.
• Bedrooms: Each of the five king bedrooms comes with new memory foam mattresses, Roku TVs, and mountain views. The upstairs master suite has a private balcony and a spectacular double shower with park views. Additional semi-private sleeping areas include queen sleeper sofas in the loft and theater.
• Outdoor Amenities: The fenced yard and private trails offer plenty of space for outdoor activities. Enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor games while soaking in the serene surroundings.
• Privacy and Seclusion: Nestled on 25 gated acres at the end of the road, you'll experience unparalleled privacy and seclusion. Explore the private trails on site or venture to nearby trails for an afternoon hike, then return to the lodge for a relaxing dinner at dusk.
• Modern Conveniences: Stay connected with fast, reliable Starlink internet. We also provide a starter set of coffee, creamer, body wash, soap, trash bags, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. There is a free washer-dryer in the cabin, and we also provide propane for the grill and fire tables.
• Impeccable Cleanliness: Our top-notch cleaning team ensures the cabin is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each guest's arrival, including changing and washing all bedding and cleaning and refilling the hot tub.

►Access Details: Check in at 4PM, Check out at 10 AM. The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. Guests will receive a personalized door code three days before check-in. ❗️Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and schedule the security deposit within 24 hours of booking.❗️
►Pets: Two pet maximum. $150.00 per pet fee. Only dogs allowed, no other pets. Absolutely no puppies. Dogs must be crated if unattended in the cabin. Guests are required to sign the pet addendum and assume financial responsibility for any additional damage due to pets including but not limited to cleaning, repair and replacement due to scratching, peeing or excrement in the cabin etc. Any violation of these rules are grounds for eviction and loss of security deposit. ► MUST be 25 or older to book, sign rental agreement and schedule security deposit hold within 48 hrs of booking.
► NO SMOKING. There is no smoking in the house. We reserve the right to retain the security hold for cleaning expenses if the cabin smells like cigarette smoke.
► Roads: We are just a few miles off of the 321 parkway, west of Gatlinburg. As you’d imagine, you don’t get these views without a bit of climbing. The roads are paved and relatively flat until you get to our road- Shady Gap Way. At this point it is a well-maintained gravel and dirt road that heads up the hillside. There are no steep drop-offs, and it isn't particularly windy. Our driveway is paved, and steep. it is not windy or "cliffy" at all. We recommend a 4WD vehicle, though we do it regularly in a Honda Civic, and most of our neighbors get around in golf carts. If you're dreaming of wide, flat, paved roads, this is not the cabin for you.
► Cell service can be spotty in this entire region, we highly recommend you download the maps of the area for offline use prior to travel, just in case service is lost.
► Private Parking: There is plenty of space in the driveway and turnaround for your vehicles
► Accessibility: There are quite a few steps to get to the main level. The lower level is accessible- which is where the lower deck, two bedrooms, an accessible bathroom, game room, theater and lower deck are.
► View: Amazing views. In the fall, it is an explosion of colors and you can see them all as far as the eye can see. In the summer, the leaves sway around the cabin, and far away across the mountains. In the winter you can see more deeply into the forests around us.
► Roof: The roof is metal with no attic. If a squirrel crawls on the roof or if it is raining, you will hear it, no need to be alarmed.
► Bugs: While we have a regular pest control program the cabin is in an area that can have some pests(insects). This is the forest, and while the trees sit back from the house quite a bit, nature is filled with creatures. It is possible to get 4-6-8 legged or winged visitors both outside and inside. This cannot be 100% prevented. *We do not refund for issues with bugs or forest creatures.* When staying at the cabin, NEVER leave food items in the vehicles, NEVER leave food, leftovers, or trash outside. Trash should be bagged & locked in bear-resistant trash containers (provided).
► Animals: There are bears, coyotes, deer, squirrels, owls and other animals in the area, & often on the property. Be still and you might see them.
►SERVICE ANIMALS- For service animals, we use the FAA service animal form. Animals may not be left unattended in the home.
► Security Camera: There are security cameras on the front porch, and over the entrances for everyone’s protection- all pointed away from the cabin itself. The house is often unoccupied between guests. Touching or tampering with the cameras is a violation of your rental agreement. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately.
► Excessive cleaning charge - $300 Your cleaning fee assumes you have followed the check-out instructions. Trash is bagged, pots and pans are washed & returned & dishes are washed in dishwasher. Grill was cared for during stay and is reasonably clean. The house has been used, but there is no damage or extensive cleaning required to prepare for the next guest. If this is not the case and there is excessive cleaning required, an additional $300 will be deducted from your security deposit.
