"Everything was exactly as described and hosts were easy to contact and quick to respond. The jacuzzi tub has a beautiful view and the kitchen was generously large! Driveway was plowed when it snowed (very helpful because it is long!) and the heated floors kept our feet warm on our winter trip."

Mitch plowed and shoveled the driveway several times for us. They provided every amenity that we needed to prepare our meals, I look forward to going back!!"

"This was home base for a Thanksgiving with family. The house is absolutely spotless, with comfortable modern rooms and lots of space to spread out. The house is set back from the road with a secluded backyard with a deck and a fenced in area, you’d never know the grocery store and mall are 5 minutes away, and downtown Ithaca is a short drive. The kitchen was well stocked, and communication with Laurie the owner was excellent. "

"My kids were so busy playing in the arcade and watching movies in the cinema that it was the most relaxing time I have had in years! The home besides the entertainment area was peaceful with a view of the lake, a fireplace, and lots of coffee."

"We were visiting family in Trumansburg for Thanksgiving and needed extra room for our large party. This cottage worked out perfectly - it was plenty warm, the backyard and patio are private and lovely, and the cottage is spacious with helpful features (great buffet shelving near large dining table). We would love to return! Thank you so much to our hosts for the well appointed cottage and convenient location to Trumansburg (and Ithaca - just depends which way you want to go on 89)!"

"Pleasant cottage, AC was very comfortable. We enjoyed the paddle board, kayaks, yard games, floating deck and fire pit. Extreme care is needed with steep, narrow lakefront stairs. We loved historic downtown, highly recommend Harriet Tubman Museum in Auburn & Erie Canal Museum in Syracuse. The gravel lane to home was partially washed out, narrow & very steep, needs new gravel, grading & crowning which is responsibility of all homeowners on lane, all or 4-wheel drive is recommended. "We loved our stay at Ron & Rita's place. The house was just perfect for our family. Location is great and close to Cornell University. The house was lovely and had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Our fur baby loved the fenced background and enjoyed playing in it. Ron & Rita were very responsive hosts. Highly recommend their place! "

"Although the owners were very responsive, we were disappointed in this property. The kitchen was very poorly stocked, there were not enough towels and the bed linens and pillows were old and flimsy. We contacted the owner and he arrived within 20 min with new towels and a few pillows. The bathrooms and the refrigerator could have been cleaner. "
